Your question is not very clear so, here gos...
I see that you know how to go to explore. Do you want to fight mobs?
You can move by clicking on the exploring tiles or usin numbers (preferably the NumPad.) West is 4, North is 8, East is 6, South is 2, and so forth.
When you get into a fight you can click the attack(s) or use the numbers (like 1 is normal attack and so on.)
Now, if you mean PVP you'll have to sign up for it.
