Sylfaen Clan

The Sylfaen Clan (commonly, and from hereon out, called "The Sylf") are a clan of thieves, evildoers, and most horribly... monster breeders.

The clan's lead by a man named Lazarro. (luh-zar-oh) It's co-lead by two people: a woman named "Szara" and a man named "Zakatosh". It should be noted it's not known for certain if those are their real names; could just be aliases. There exist many people in this clan, attracted by the high amounts of pay they recieve along with the ruthless lifestyle. The ranking system is as follows:

Grunt: Most members start out as grunts. This is their trial period for the clan. Grunts have 30 days to prove their worth by taking as many "contracts" as they can. Most grunts are enthusiastic and make it to the next rank. When they do, they're allowed to know the location of the HQ of the main Sylfaen building, but it's common knowledge to anyone who looks into it.

Their uniforms are black pants with a black shirt. Girls usually choose to wear skirts instead of pants. They are unmarked yet as they are not seen as part of the Sylfs yet.

Recruit: This is the category most members stay in. They're not new recruits, just recruits. They're active with the Sylfs and do contract work for regular wages.

Their uniforms are grey pants with a grey shirt that has a big S for "Sylf" on it. On their left breast pocket, they display badges they get for the particularly difficult contracts. When they are deemed worthy enough, they are invited to be...

Elites: Elites are a very exclusive group. Only the best are invited, as they have a true passion for crime. They've evaded the law long enough to prove they're difficult to catch. These people are considered dangerous.

Elite uniforms are gold and usually consist of some form of armor, and prominently displaying "Sylfaen Clan" throughout the attire.

Executives: The ones who are in charge of all this. Lazarro, Szara, Zakatosh, and all executives. This rank is very hard to obtain, as you have to be especially close to Lazarro, and a position must be empty.

Executives have no set attire, but tend to dress for business.
