Looks like that feature hasn't been added yet.
Also if you look at the towns on this GPS, there is town called "Surael." This town isn't on the world map. Maybe, its SECRET.
Also, under behavior and cheating, it says that multying is ok. Then the reference says that their isn't that many benefits. But, you can create multiple accounts and refer them to your own account. Then you can wait, and level them all to level 5. This won't give you that much breeder EXP but it is still a benefit.
Maybe someone will read this...

05/25/2010 06:32 | Some of the earlier cities do have the dialogue, but the problem with having them everywhere is... well... writing them. Vael did a few, I think I did one, and then he got busy with MurCity and I got busy with school. But they will exist... when they're finished.
The issue with multying is that, honestly, there actually isn't much benefit. You might think free breeder exp would be unfair, but how much do you really profit from that?

But, I agree, it doesn't seem worth it. Especially now that there's Bountiful.
