I wrote in our rules somewhere that said I instruct all BCS to keep their cool. Sometimes I'll enter game servers and on the MOTD it's like "rule 2. respect all admins". You don't get respect for being an admin. Just because you're an admin doesn't mean you're not a fucking idiot. If someone calls you a fucking idiot, you defend yourself maturely, not ban someone.
