May 12th - 02:05 | My monster, "The Devils Worker", is 100% with a yellow bar for evolving. It's only a teen and I've tried to force evolve it by going to the laboratory and it says that it isn't ready to evolve yet.
What's wrong?

Never mind it was exactly what I thought it was.
It was level 249.
It needed to be level 250.
Problem solved. lol
