I'd allow you to search through topic subject, text in topics, or both. Search by date, num of replies, post creator, or post author.
Allow support for BB or HTML code
Improve the horrible link stuff, Like when ever I put 3 w's in a row, like ahttp://wwwwww

Sticky topics should allow you to move to one of their forum pages at the main page for each forum, instead of having to open the topics up and click a link there. LIke the count to 1mil forum.
