Well after quite a bit of review, I realized the game's design was very complicated and overwhelming, so:
* the political system is now gone. It served only to waste my time further while being more overwhelming to newbies.
* employment has been overhauled. You now make 60% less per job but each job only takes your monster out for 8 hours. This means with enough dedication, one can easily make 20% more than they would have a day. Exuberance has been changed to reflect this.
* raids now cost double and you can set them to last for 2 hours longer. This was needed to make the raids more epic and important.
* evolutions, in addition to being able to evolve at a certain age, now can be triggered by level. Check the reference for exact levels.
* added city icons to make locale look prettier

Whewee! *wipes sweat from brow* I made the Monster Stats page a lot more pretty. (and less confusing) If you want to see detailed stats of the monster, merely click its picture. 
Finally drew the chimera's adult form, and tidied up (badassified) the teenager form.
I also redesigned a worker tree so that it didn't look lame. I think the child form looks very cute.
It is now possible for administrators (BCS) and guild admins to edit posts.
The game's clock is now 24 hours. Before just the forum was 24 hours but I decided to globalize the system. (unfortunately news posts made already won't be in the new format)
Bugs
Re-ordered the roads so they are highest priority tile. This should stop plants from growing over them. 
You can't just "kick" people who are in administrative positions now for guilds. (is this a bug?)
Fury attacks didn't work in pvtc, they do now.
Mogulness wasn't working for priorities, I've actually changed its functionality to make it better and fixed it at the same time. (check it out)

03/25/2009 15:39 | Well now that that's done, I will continue to finally populate the world with things like tiles and quests. I'll likely be populating the area around Propton so my oldbies aren't completely bored, which means a new god will be in.
So yes, next update: expect more things to do past Insula.

Also, the evolution bar is a nice addition. Scared me for a second though when I saw the bar was nearly empty for two of them XD

03/26/2009 09:47 | No, knucklepally didn't randomly break, it's just a high chance to lose. I guess since it's in a newbie area I'll change the win-rate from 1/5 (for men) and 1/4 (for women) to 1/4 and 1/3 respectively.
