Well, it isn't lol. I just tested it, it heals your mons for free.

05/07/2010 20:47 | I use this if one of my mons has been killed, I take out another monster exploring come back in and he's all right. I rarely go to the hospital unless I have only that one monster fully rested and I HAVE to go out exploring RIGHT NOW.
