What does this number mean? Is it the number of days left before my monster dies?

Mar 09th - 05:43:39 AM | There are four 'ticks' (couldn't think of a better word) in a day. they are every 6 hours. Every 'tick' reduces your health and rest number by 1. So, in 18 hours or 3 'ticks' time your monster will be rested and ready to work or explore.
Your health is basically the life expectancy of your monster, or how long your monster has until it becomes stale. If you divide that number by four (because of the four ticks in a day thing) you will know how many days your monster has to live. Of course that isn't a definite number, injuring your monster working etc would decrease its life expectancy.
I hope that covers your questions well enough, sorry if any information is incorrect. It shouldn't be.
