Mar 18th - 11:18 | In Zunram, the NPC "Boy" leads to a blank page with "MonBre - Flavor" as the header or whatever you want to call that thing at the top of the browser. I just checked my inventory, and I now have Magic Beans - supposedly magic beans given to me by Torrel's father - instead of the bandage I had from Arbustus. Is Zunram the next step after Arbustus, or did I screw things up somehow?
If not, then that part of the quest isn't showing up, but it is working, so...

03/18/2009 12:50 | I think what is happining is that when completing the Herb turn in side quest thing, instead of getting bandages it gives us magic beans. I noticed that the Boy page is blank also, but that was wayyy before I did that quest for the bandage and I never got anything.
Now that I completed the bandage quest I just checked and I have the beans, not the bandage. I think the blank boy page is a completely unrelated issue.

03/18/2009 13:41 | True, but the guy who gives you the bandage is in a whole other town and we have no idea who the boy's dad is. I think that the boy is just a future quest that isn't implimented yet and that the problem is the quest reward for the bandage quest is wrong. But I may be wrong, who knows.

03/18/2009 16:40 | There's a guy in New Orsa, then Silvamed, then Kah'Lir, then Arbustus, and then that's where the problem is.
Would it be possible to put this quest in the quest log? Even just like "Maybe you should find someone who can use this item..." or something, but just to keep track of it.

03/18/2009 20:58 | Yeah, it doesn't stay in your quest long after you complete each step, but you will find npc's in new villages you get to that require the items from other side quests.

03/19/2009 09:48 | Honestly I should consider this a quest. That is not good that I did not think of it. I'm pretty sure I can still make it so it is, I'll see what I can do.
I'll also look into the blank pages which I'm 99% sure is due to the server move.
Edit: PS you can check Key Items on Home to see where you're at in the quest currently.

03/19/2009 12:04 | In my defense, these quests were made when I was losing steam with MonBre. Now that I have gained my steam, I notice a lot of things.
Anyway, what happened is I forgot a part of the quest and so I accidently put what should have been the description for the bandages, the magic beans. THEN to make things even more confusing, the boy's quest part was broken anyway, so it was like two bugs that made everything very confusing.
That being said, I'm not really convinced we need a quest entry for this because you can just look at the key items to see what you need. If you really think it should be a quest entry, tell me and I will put it in. I just don't know what to write as a quest description because this is what I call the "zelda quest" and I don't want to give the answer to who you have to keep trading things to.

It probably doesn't need a quest entry, maybe something to tell you that the item got put in your key items section, though. That way nobody gets confused.
