11/01/2017 11:12 | Before, when at 96%-100% Energy Refreshing Blows would go up 5% anyway and would have more then 100% Energy. I thought that got fixed, but noticed that Refreshing Blows and Fall and Deliver are actually not working.
Fall and Deliver was working correctly before, it wasn't going over Max HP like Refreshing Blows was going over 100% Energy.
