I paid $500 for it, bought a $200 video card, and it's still not worth that much

05/01/2009 12:00 | I can still play most recent games, but The Last Remnant has been overheating my CPU and turning off my computer. After I determined that it wasn't some kind of crazy anti-piracy system, found that other people had the same problem, and then remembered how bad my processor is compared to today's standards, I realized I really needed to get around to upgrading it. Too bad I'd need to special order a processor/heatsink, both of which I'd like to have but either of which might help, so I may as well just get everything online and save myself the trouble.
