08/27/2009 11:27 | I know we should measure ourselves in centimeters in Canada, but honestly trying to change would be too weird... We're dependant on the US for one, but for two centimeters are a lot harder to visualize. Anyone in Canada/US can easily show you how tall four feet is, or five, or one. But 120 centimeters? Get me four 30 cm rulers, or a meter stick so I can guess.

08/27/2009 13:53 | When it comes to height measurements you have a fairly good idea about your own height, and how tall are you, and the rest is comparing yourself with others to have a aproximated result... Or at least I do that, or I always remember this orange ruler I used to have when I was young that measured 30 cm to aproximately measure things...

08/27/2009 14:30 | Well, that's why I'm used to inches/feet. I know how tall I am in those, but have no idea how many cm I am tall. I dunno, I just don't think I can visualize the difference between 180 cm and 120 cm as well as I can the difference between 5'2" and 5'10".
