I always end up dating girls for a long time and just getting to know them and try to develop actual feelings before things get serious, which is by far one of the most uncommon things ever. But, it does result in good, solid relationships.
I wouldn't be able to handle dating a girl if she was controlling/bitchy/typical negative things girls are. It's not like I need to be controlled, so that just makes it worse when they try. As far as bitchy goes, I'd be like wtf is this, go apologize for that! Ah well, stuff like that stems from various insecurities, so patience is more the key to dealing with them than anything else.
